Forward Strategic Partnership

The Forward Strategy Partnership is a medium to long-term engagement (9+ months) designed for organisations navigating uncertainty and change. Bringing together strategic advisory and leadership education it supports leaders to operate more strategically, test assumptions, and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence. 

More than just professional development, the Partnership involves identifying the business challenges that matter and then working collaboratively to address them. Most importantly in aims to deliver enduring improvements in leadership and strategic capability across the organisation.

The thinking behind the program

Rather than constraining strategic thinking to a fixed planning cycle, the Partnership strengthens an organisation’s ability to respond to change by building strategic awareness across the leadership team. It works closely with leaders and decision-makers to identify emerging trends, explore plausible futures, challenge assumptions and identify and  test strategic options before committing to them.

Each engagement is co-designed to suit the organisation’s context and typically includes a structured program involving 

 

The emphasis is on building a shared strategic language and improving alignment across the leadership team, creating space for higher-quality assessment and decision-making.

A strategy document might capture a plan but the Forward Strategy Partnership creates leaders with an enduring ability to think and act strategically.
