Simon has been supporting leaders across the public sector more more than a decade and for the last four years he has also been the facilitator of the strategy component of the Local Government Professionals Executive Leadership Program. Simon has a deep understanding of how public sector operates and the pressures the sector is facing (with a particular focus on local government).
Simon’s approach bring together the rigour of corporate strategy and the engagement that comes from years of keynote speaking to deliver workshops that are approachable, insightful and actionable.

Choosing Tomorrow is an immersive scenario workshop that helps leadership teams safely explore difficult and often divisive questions. Leading in Uncertainty
Combining compelling storytelling with practical inquiry Leading in Uncertainty draws on Simon’s experience of the 2004 Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race. In a race where only half the fleet made it to the finish line, the story provides deep insights into leadership and teamwork in the face of literal headwinds and a perfect storm of uncertainty.
