Overview

Choosing Tomorrow is a facilitated workshop designed to help leadership teams find opportunities and pre-empt risks using semi-customised scenarios.

Each scenario represents a plausible way the world might evolve, shaped by emerging technological, social, economic and political trends. Within these future contexts, participants explore complex and often uncomfortable questions around topics such as artificial intelligence, data privacy and business ethics. Engaging with these scenarios helps participants challenge their assumptions, identify hidden biases and examine the potential consequences of today’s choices, all in a safe, structured environment.

The scenarios are deliberately non-technical and non-prescriptive. Instead, they focus on building shared understanding, expanding strategic awareness and strengthening leaders’ ability to hold uncertainty with confidence.

By the end of the session, participants will:
